01 — What does it cost to use your services?
Full service planning is complimentary when you book a 3+ day park vacation! If you’re planning a shorter trip, I can still help you for a planning fee.
02 — Do you book destinations other than Disney?
I specialize in Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, Universal Orlando, and Virgin Voyages (18+)!
03 — How does the planning process work?
We’ll start with a quick phone call to talk through your dates, length of your trip, ticket, and resort options. After our call, you’ll receive a proposal with a few resort options, based on our conversation and availability. Once you’ve chosen your resort, we will work together to take care of the booking and deposit.
Here comes the fun part! I will assist with setting up your My Disney Experience account, linking your reservation, organizing your park days, and ensuring you have park pass reservations. We’ll discuss dining preferences and extra experiences, like Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. We’ll also go over MagicBands, stroller rentals, and airport transportation. Once we’ve covered all of this, I’ll be ready to take care of all of these bookings for you!
About thirty days prior to your trip we’ll ensure your final payment has been made. Then, about two weeks prior to your trip, I’ll send over a complete itinerary for your magical vacation! A week before you depart, we’ll have a final phone call to discuss all the details and any last-minute questions you may have!
My help doesn’t stop there! I’m available throughout your entire trip to assist with any issues or emergencies that may arise.
04 — What if I have already booked my package, or am staying offsite?
If you’ve already booked your package, Disney allows the transfer of reservations made within the last 30 days!
For offsite reservations or reservations made outside of the transfer window, I’m still able to help with your magical vacation for an additional planning fee.
